•No Show and Cancellation: Here at Artistry By Ashley LLC, your appointment time is booked solely for you. To best serve both myself and my clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Appointment no-shows and cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. Each appointment will have a 15 minute grace period, after the 15 minutes, you will be considered a no-show if I have not heard from you. No-show and same day cancellations may also be required to pay said fee before booking any future appointments with Artistry By Ashley LLC. Thank you for being considerate of not only my time but also my other clients who are waiting for appointments. I appreciate all of your respect and cooperation. •Zero-Tolerance Disrespect: At Artistry By Ashley LLC, I am committed to providing a comfortable, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone. In return, I expect to be treated with the same respect I give to my clients. Disrespect will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, yelling, insults, harassment, threats, aggressive behavior, profanity directed toward me, discriminatory or hateful comments, or intentionally disrespectful communication. This policy applies to all interactions, including in-person conversations, phone calls, texts, emails, and social media messages. Please communicate with me as an adult and use respectful language, even when addressing a concern, disagreement, or dissatisfaction with a service. I am always willing to listen and work toward a reasonable solution when concerns are communicated respectfully. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if disrespectful behavior occurs during an appointment. Depending on the situation, this may result in the service being stopped and/or the appointment ending early. I also reserve the right to refuse future bookings or deny entry to the business to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates this policy. Repeated disrespect or a continued lack of willingness to follow this policy may result in permanently losing the ability to book with or visit Artistry By Ashley LLC. •Saturday Appointments: Saturday appointments are very limited and reserved for current/returning clients only (unless for formal event styling). If you are a new client, your first appointment must be scheduled on a weekday. Saturday appointments may become available to you for future appointments once you are an established client. All appointments scheduled at Artistry By Ashley LLC are subject to approval. New-client Saturday requests will be declined, but this is not a permanent restriction—it simply applies to your first appointment with me. For clients who need appointments outside of traditional weekday hours, I offer late-hour appointments to accommodate after-work schedules.
